Laser cut Stencils

Inc offers a broad assortment of framed Laser cut Stencils,
ranging from 5"x5" to 50"x72", QTS, Foil only, BGA stencils, Fuji 4000, space
saver frames in 20"x20" and 29"x29" and we offer green frames to further assist
your RoHS assembly line! We have several different types of stainless steel
to meet your hi-tech assembly needs and look forward to discussing which
would work best for your process. When you order your printed circuit boards
we offer half off the stencil price and, it will be delivered at the same
time as your PCB's to your preferred destination!
Alternative to Electroform
- ASI's "Alternative to Electroform" stencils are the
must have for your fine pitch/tight places assembly! By using our
alternative stencil as opposed to the Electroform stencil you will be saving
money, rework and time...Revolutionary new fine grain
stainless steel competes with Electroform in the electronic
stencil industry. Combine our advanced laser technology
with this ground breaking material and something
wonderful happens! Do you have a requirement for
a hi-performance stencil? One that would ordinarily call
for an Electroform stencil? ASI has developed a new
alternative to Electroform that by all accounts equals or
outperforms most e-form products at a much lower cost...faster
turn times...and something simply not possible with e-fab...It
can be edited at a later time to increase aperture
sizes or to add parts to a new board rev.
